Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Processing time may be longer during festivals, sale periods, or due to bulk orders.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are typically:

  • Metro cities: 4 to 7 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 5 to 10 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 7 to 14 business days

These are estimated time frames and may vary based on courier availability and external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on order value and delivery location. In some cases, free shipping may be offered under promotional offers or minimum order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or message

  • A tracking link or tracking number

You can use this to track delivery progress through the courier partner.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to two or three times, depending on their policy.
If the package is not received or refused, it may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address, pincode and contact number provided are correct. The Loom Kala is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays and Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Strikes or holidays

  • Unforeseen operational issues

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for third-party courier services.

Damaged or Missing Products

If a package arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify.

International Shipping

At present, we do not ship internationally. If we add international shipping in the future, details will be updated here.

Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Failed Delivery or Return to Sender

If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
