Thank you for shopping with The Loom Kala. We take pride in offering handcrafted products including bed runners, flat weave cotton wool rugs, jute rugs, and yoga mats. Since these are artisan-made, minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received damaged or defective

  • Incorrect size or item delivered

Returns will not be accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color, or natural handmade variations.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

3. Condition of Returned Products

The item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels and tags intact

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use

Items failing to meet these conditions will be rejected.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For voluntary exchanges (if allowed), the customer will bear the shipping charges.

Pickup availability depends on the customer’s pincode. If a pickup service is not available, the customer may need to ship the product back manually and share tracking details.

5. Inspection Process

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check which may take 3–5 business days.

If the return is approved, we will proceed with refund or exchange as per your request and eligibility.

6. Refund Method and Timelines

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.

Estimated timelines:

  • Online payments: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued as store credit only

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Successful quality inspection of the returned item

If the required product is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be issued as applicable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or handling

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
